Have you ever felt like you lost your personal power and your life is a series of stuck spots rather than flow? Good news. You can change this. Learn how meditation, alignment, and mindfulness brings you back to a place where you can master your power and enjoy your life.

Wes Hamilton, Master Numerologist and Chief Spiritual Officer of Core Passion, Inc, is our co-host for this episode. He brings insights on how to pivot your mindset to realize your dreams by being flexible and adaptable. To learn more about how to connect to Wes Hamilton, visit his website, WesHamilton.com.
Last month, in July 2020, we were working with our intuition and learning to listen or look for intuition-based information. Now in August 2020, it is the perfect time to act on the information from a place of aligned personal power where you are connected to who you are.
Meditation
The first freebie is a meditation by Wes Hamilton to help you align your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies into a feeling of confidence and a feeling of allowing-power. Be sure to sign up for the newsletter to get the link to the meditation.
After you use the meditation tool to find your power, next you stay in present with mindfulness. Mindfulness grounds you and helps you focus before taking action.
Action looks like a pivot where you make an adjustment from a place of grounded focus. Wes compares this to a basketball player pivoting instead of dribbling to get around a blocking player.
Journal
The second freebie is a journal page and a Core Passion Quest card draw. The really good question was: What do I need to know about mastering my power? The link to the journal page is in the newsletter.
Pivot Your Destiny
Want to learn more about pivoting? Wes has a new program, Pivot Your Destiny starting soon that he explains on the CorePassion.com website. Click here to learn more and get a free e-book.
